What data is collected

This site collects only the data you provide when scheduling a fit call through the Cal.com embed: your name and email address. No other personal data is collected by this site.

There are no contact forms, newsletter signups, or user accounts on this site. No personal data is stored on Tamitu's servers. The site does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising networks.

How it is used

Your name and email are used solely to schedule and conduct a fit call. That is the only purpose. Your information is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any other purpose.

Third-party processors

• Cal.com: scheduling platform. When you book a fit call, your name and email are processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy. Tamitu does not independently store this data.
• Google Fonts: typography. This site loads fonts from Google's servers on page load. This is a standard HTTP request for font files; no personal data is transmitted to Google beyond what is included in the request headers (IP address, user agent). If your browser blocks third-party requests, fonts fall back to system defaults.

This site does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or cookies of any kind.

Cookies

Tamitu Consulting does not set any cookies. The Cal.com scheduling embed may set its own session cookies when you interact with it; those are governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.

Data retention

Tamitu retains no personal data independently on its servers. Scheduling data (name and email) is held by Cal.com per their own retention policy.

For client engagements, project files (course content, metadata, and deliverables) are retained only for the duration of the engagement plus any warranty period defined in the Statement of Work. After that window closes, project data is deleted unless a longer retention period is agreed in writing.

To request deletion of your scheduling data, contact Tamitu at [email protected] and we will pass the request to Cal.com on your behalf.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Access: request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: request that your data be erased
• Restriction: request that processing be restricted
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests

Lawful basis: the limited data we process (name and email for scheduling) is based on your consent when you voluntarily submit the booking form. For client engagements, processing is based on contractual necessity.

Your rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Right to know: you can request what personal information is collected about you, the categories of sources, and the purpose of collection
• Right to delete: you can request deletion of your personal information
• Right to opt out of sale: Tamitu does not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
• Non-discrimination: exercising your rights will not result in different pricing or service levels

FERPA

Tamitu's work centers on course content and structure, not student records, grades, or enrollment data. We do not access FERPA-protected information in the normal course of an engagement.
